Location: Greater Noida, India

The proposal submitted to Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), India for a multi-functional centre comprising of Open Air Theatre, Large shop spaces for major brands, multi-plexes and office tower based on mixed use zoning to ensure the variety of spatial and visual experience 
Pursuit.

A modular pattern of design scheme was evolved to account for future incremental growth of such complexes within the parameters of byelaws.

The multiplex has been placed at the core and the shopping facility has been provided along the ambulatory movement. The office tower has been placed in the rear serving as the landmark.
