This is major renovation project, converting an office building into a dynamic mixed-use facility with both office and multi-unit residential spaces. The design includes 119 residential units—18 on each floor from levels 3 to 8, and 11 units on the second floor. The ground and second floors will retain office spaces, while the basement will host commercial activities.
In addition to architectural design, we are coordinating with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration across all project aspects.
